Hospitality Bakery Refund Policy
Only classic menu items with no customization are available for a store credit if 100% satisfaction is not attained. The instant food items leave the store where 100% care in sanitation and contamination effort was protected and enter the post office hands or unknown community hands, these items can not be returned and resold. Therefore, Hospitality does not offer full refunds. We will offer a one-time in-store credit for a new item in hopes to win your satisfaction.
There are absolutely no in-store credits or refunds for customized items. We recommend you seek the baker's expertise on how personalized adjustments impact any recipe before considering customizations.
