High Protein Gluten-free Chickpea flour
Chickpea flour will add fiber and protein to your cookie.

Monkfruit sweetener
Monk fruit is zero calorie and 100% plant based. It does have 4% Erythritol, a sugar alcohol, which is also plant based. The measurement is equivalent to the measurement of sugar. It's nonGMO. It adds a pretty bitter taste. It is only recommended in some recipes. Please talk to the baker before indulging in this investment of no refund.

Add NM Chile
If you are from New Mexico, green Chile on everything is not uncommon. Green Chile in the brownies is delicious and highly recommended. If you like green Chile in everything, it's available. It's gluten-free, vegan, and a great metabolism booster! It will reduce some of the bitter taste of the other two substitutions😄

Adding rolled oats can replace some of the gluten-free flour and add fiber.

Add Organic Natural Peanut Butter
Adding organic Natural Peanut Butter doesn't replace any ingredients in a cookie, is an add-in. It will add protein, calories, and fiber. It will add delicious flavor when choosing other accommodations that may hinder this. If you like Peanut Butter on everything, you might consider this add-in, especially if you've selected Chickpea flour or Monkfruit.
